Our equipment is fully insured and inspected by the State of New York. Frankie's Carnival Time is inspected annually by the Department of Community Affairs. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance with your order.

Frankie's Carnival Time typically arrives 30 (thirty) minutes to 1 (one) hour before your event to allow time for setup. Some equipment requires less setup time, while larger events may require earlier arrival. Please review your contract for your specific arrival window.

Delivery, setup, and breakdown fees are not included unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Frankie’s Carnival Time accepts all major credit cards. Visa and MasterCard are preferred. We also accept American Express (additional processing fee applies), as well as cash and checks. There is no processing fee for Visa or MasterCard payments.

Frankie's Carnival Time requires a deposit of 20% to 50% at the time of signing the customer’s contract, unless otherwise discussed and approved by the owner. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future event within 1 (one) year of the original event date.

Unless other arrangements have been made (such as an approved purchase order), a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of the event.

Signed contracts and deposits must be received within 3 (three) business days of booking to hold your reservation. If not received within this time frame, the reservation may be released.

All inflatables must be secured on level ground: grass, asphalt, concrete, or indoors. The customer will ensure the set-up location is free of all sticks, rocks, animal waste, or any other objects that could damage the attraction. We do not set up on gravel, rocks or sand. It is the customer's responsibility to mark any sprinkler systems. We do not set up under telephone or power lines. Any gate openings require a 6-foot wide entrance. Any door entrances should be 6-foot wide and a double door entrance.

A dedicated 110-volt outlet per unit must be available within 50–100 feet of each setup location for every blower. All rentals include a 50-foot or 100-foot, 12/3-gauge extension cord provided by our company. We cannot run power beyond 100 feet, as this may damage the blower and reduce proper airflow to inflatables. Please note that some attractions require more than one blower and more than one outlet.

⚠️ The following items must be within 50 feet of a power outlet and preferably plugged directly into the outlet (no long extension cords):

- Air Fryers

- Photo Booths

- Slushy Machines

If you cannot provide the required power source, generators are available for an additional fee.

If your rental requires water, the attraction must be within 100 feet of a water source. Multiple wet units set up in a single location will require individual sources to each unit. A standard garden hose is more than sufficient.

In the event of inclement weather, if a customer provided a rain date on the contract and the weather is unsure they could ask to use their rain date instead. This decision to use a rain date needs to be made 24 (twenty four) hours before the event start time as stated on the contract. If the weather is unsure and you tell us to come out to the event and it rains, the full amount is still due regardless if equipment was used or not.

Frankie's Carnival Time reserves the right to cancel any event due to unsafe working conditions, foreseen weather conditions, high winds exceeding 20 MPH, heavy rain or any conditions Frankie's Carnival Time deems unsafe.
